The lobby was bright and welcoming, with charming decor that made me feel right at home. The easy access to Whole Foods across the street was a delight for someone who enjoys a good cup of healthy soup.
More seating options in common areas would help.

I had a fantastic time and loved the clean room with great views and the delicious grilled mahi mahi sandwich from the café. I wish they'd had more USB ports, though. I'd absolutely return!

Had a nice view from my room. The pool area felt a bit neglected. Convenient access to bike tours nearby. Check-in was seamless, but sometimes the city noise was noticeable at night. Overall, met my needs during the stay.

The hotel manager, Nick, really made an effort for us. After a mishap with our initial room, he personally found us a better one and even got us dinner on the house while we waited!
This place wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, it was still acceptable overall.

I had a three-night stay in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The location can’t be beat, super close to Whole Foods and lots of dining options. The lobby had a nice vibe, well-decorated and inviting. The breakfast buffet included great choices like an omelette station, definitely a highlight. However, cleanliness in some areas felt lacking. My room could use a bit of an update, showing its age despite being spacious. Plus, the pool area lacked maintenance, making it less enjoyable. Despite these drawbacks, staff were friendly and quick to help whenever needed. Housekeeping was a bit slow at first but improved. I appreciated the responsiveness from the front desk, especially when they helped with some taxi issues. Overall, a solid place to stay but could improve its upkeep.

The breakfast buffet boasts a dreamy omelette station and nearby Whole Foods is a health nut's dream! Super convenient eateries like Zuma and Area 31 had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the staff knocked it out of the park with their quick responses.
Some corners are definitely showing age. the hotel feels like it could use a glow-up. Breakfast options? Plenty, but good luck getting service when half the tables sit empty!

Had a great time! The breakfast buffet was seriously delicious, loved the omelette station. The pool area was nice, but wish it had better sound insulation from the nearby bridge. Definitely returning!

The room I stayed in was nice, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. I really enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and catching a movie in the leisure room. Just a heads up, getting from the parking garage to the hotel requires a bit of a trek as the elevators weren’t working, but it was worth it! 👍

I stayed here for a weekend getaway to explore Miami and enjoy some local attractions. The location was fantastic, close to shopping and dining options, which made it super convenient for us to explore the area. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the omelette station that added a nice touch to our mornings. However, the hotel could use some updates as some areas felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a solid choice for our trip.

I enjoyed running along the waterfront each morning, taking in the great views. The hotel was close to shopping and dining options, which was convenient for my group. The breakfast buffet had an omelette and crepe station that added a nice touch to our meals.
The gym and pool were smaller than expected for such a large hotel. Despite the central location, some noise from the city was noticeable, which could be disruptive for light sleepers.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with our small child. The breakfast buffet had a delicious selection, and the staff was really helpful. We especially enjoyed the spacious double room with a view of the Miami River, perfect for our family.
My kids wished there was a small laundry facility on site for convenience. It would have made managing our family's needs easier.

Great spot for families!
Had a good stay in a spacious double queen room with comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was super tasty, but man, it was pricey! Also, be ready for extra charges at the restaurant just for the view. Staff were friendly and really helpful, which made things easier for us.
